How can I pay for my rental?
www.bookingcarhire.com accepts American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron.
How is my rate guaranteed?
Our rates are guaranteed in Euros. For most bookings, only a partial pre-payment is required.
How do I know what I’m paying?
You can feel confident when you make your payments, since what you see is exactly what you pay. There is no fine print which adds on extra fees – everything is listed in front of your eyes. You can check the prices in our Price Graph: as soon as you choose your holiday destination it will always be accompanied by a Price Graph. You should also know that any extras that you wish to have will be included in your Car Hire Coupon and will have a fixed price which has already been negotiated with our partner companies. Another payment which you will make is for petrol. Full – Empty: you receive the car with a full tank and turn it in with an empty tank
How quickly can I confirm my reservation?
We can confirm most reservations with as little as 24 hours advance notice. For last minute reservations, please call us at 00 34 952057240.
Is there a fee for canceling or changing a reservation?
There never is a fee to change or cancel car rental bookings. Reservations are fully refundable at any time. All changes and cancellations must be processed by www.bookingcarhire.com and not through our overseas affiliates.
Where do I pick up my car?
It's very important for customers to double-check where they should pick up their vehicle when arriving at the airport and where to return it when leaving. In order to avoid confusion, remember that your Coupon clearly indicates the address of our partner companies, including their telephone numbers if you have any questions.
What do I need to pick-up my car?
Reservation vouchers are required. www.bookingcarhire.com vouchers contain specific information about the car you have reserved, the rental rate, and other details. If you reserve by phone, vouchers are faxed to you immediately upon receipt of payment. If you reserve online, vouchers are emailed to you immediately upon receipt of payment. In either case, a copy is mailed the next business day. A rental agreement is completed at the rental counter at the time of pick-up.
What kind of insurance can I get for my rental car?
Insurance coverage varies by country. Please see the insurance information in the Driving Information section for the country where you will be renting a car.
Can I change my reservation after I have made it?
Yes, it is possible to cancel a booking after it's been made. In such a case you should notify our employees as soon as possible so they can cancel your Coupon. You will then be refunded the money you have paid (provided you made your payment by credit card) except for a 21 € fee for administration expenses.
When is your reservation center open?
Our reservations center is open 24 hours per day on line, 7 days per week.
